SHIPPING TIMES: All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing (pre-orders, backordered items, etc.) Our items are made so they are at the peak of freshness when you receive them. Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
All orders are shipped via USPS priority or first class mail. You will receive a notification including tracking information once your order is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: You are responsible for custom fees if charged. Please note that international orders can sometimes take up to 8 weeks to arrive due to various custom matters that are completely out of our hands.

LOST PACKAGES: If you do not receive your package or you cannot find delivery information with the tracking number provided to you, please notify us immediately. USPS insurance does not cover packages that have been verified as delivered. If you haven't received your package, yet it is marked as delivered, please follow these steps:
-Check around the exterior of your house for hidden packages / double and triple check with apartment offices for lost packages
-Check with family members in the house to ensure they didn't pick up the package.
-Verify the address on your order emails are correct.
-Contact your local post office or check with your mail carrier.
Unfortunately, sometimes packages are stolen off of porches, delivered to a neighbors home by accident, etc. These circumstances are out of our control and we are not responsible for refunding or re-sending orders that have been marked by USPS as delivered.
Due to the fresh, handmade nature of our products, we are unable to honor returns and exchanges. However, we want you, our customer to be 100% thrilled with your purchase. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
